SAC RT Go, for Convention, 2023
SACRT Go, will only send buses to the airport, the Amtrack station and Greyhound. (No contracted service providers.) They are a door to door service.
Accessible Services Eligibility: (916)321-2877 Press option 2, then option 1.
To request visitor status:
As soon As you know you are coming, you can do this, the sooner the better:
- request your transit company send your eligibility verification to SACRT Go, fax: (916)455-3924.
- Confirm receipt by calling Accessible Services Eligibility.
- Request visitor status for the number of days you anticipate needing it. Keep in mind SACRT Go is a door-to-door service. It is important you give them your cell phone.
Airport:
- When you make your reservation with SACRT Go, tell the reservationist the airline on which you are travelling.
- When you arrive in Sacramento, the designated pick up point is at Door 3, Terminal B.
- Don’t forget to turn on your phone as soon as you are off the plane.
Amtrack Train:
Sacramento Valley Station
- The Pickup point is at Stall 7 by the Amtrack buses.
- SACRT Go will come into the lobby to find you if you can’t find them.
- Don’t forget to keep your cell phone on.
Greyhound Bus:
There is no designated pick up here. They will call you if they can’t find you.
More About the CCB Conference and Convention:
The Hybrid Main Event will again be preceded by a virtual pre-convention that will include meetings and activities hosted by our fantastic CCB Chapters, Affiliates, and Committees. The hybrid main event will include exhibitors, great panels and speakers, and of course good friends!
