On January 2, 2010 Association of Multicultural Concerns (AMC) President, Lillian Scaife, received the sad news of the passing of our devoted friend and member, Louis A. Preston, from his wife Dr. Essie Preston.
The AMC Board of Director's immediately voted to establish its first scholarship fund in honor and memory of Mr. Preston. The scholarship was established at Wells Fargo Bank located at 2096 N. Bellflower Boulevard; Long Beach, CA 90815.
In lieu of flowers, the Preston Family is requesting contributions to the scholarship fund. Checks should be made payable to AMC Louis A. Preston Scholarship Fund and mailed to:
