Non-members are requested and members are invited to pay a yearly subscription fee of $10 toward the production of THE BLIND CALIFORNIAN.
In accepting material for THE BLIND CALIFORNIAN, priority will be given to articles concerning the activities and policies of the California Council of
the Blind and to the experiences and concerns of blind persons. Recommended length is under three pages or 1800 words.
The deadline to submit material for the Summer 2015 issue of THE BLIND CALIFORNIAN is noon on May 15, 2015.
