Please update the Chapter and Affiliates Information Form after each election on changes in officers and/or Presidents’ Listserv designees, and membership contact and chapter meeting location information for the CCB office and the CCB website.
The CCB Credentials form and the Chapter and Affiliates Information Form are due on February 15, 2020.
