Welcome to the California connection for June 24.
From The President
Looking for an easy opportunity to raise money for CCB?
Incoming CCB president Judy Wilkinson and myself have created a team, the California Colossals, for the Brenda Dillon ACB Memorial Walk, to be held on Sunday, July 3, at the 2016 ACB Conference and Convention in Minneapolis. One-half of the funds raised for our team will be going to CCB.
If you are walking in that event, I urge you to join our team. If not, I hope that you will consider sponsoring Judy or myself. Remember, you can walk as a virtual walker, even if you are not at the convention.
You can register online at http://acb.donorpages.com/2016ACBWalk/
or by calling Nancy Becker in the Minneapolis office at (612) 332-3242.
Finally, you may sponsor me online at my page.

From Lainey Feingold
Yesterday the company announced a sweeping accessibility initiative that applies to its website, mobile applications and investing platform.
The company worked with blind investors Pratik Patel and Victor Tsaran in Structured Negotiation. No lawsuit was filed or needed.
The Law Office of Lainey Feingold and Linda Dardarian, of Goldstein, Borgen, Dardarian & Ho represented the blind investors.
E*Trade will use WCAG 2.0 AA as its access standard, PDF/UA for PDF accessibility, and has established a Digital Accessibility Governance Working Group. Training, usability testing, and an accessibility information page are part of this comprehensive initiative.
