Hotel check in time is 3:00 PM. Check out time is 12 Noon. Later check out time is subject to hotel availability. Please inquire at the front desk.
The room numbers are located adjacent to the door’s opening. Inside of the hotel room the bathroom is located on the wall adjacent to the door’s opening.
Each guest room contains one bottle of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and a bar of facial/bath soap located on the bathroom counter to the left of the sink.
The hotel has a very limited number of bathmats by request only.
The hair dryer will either be connected to the wall on the right hand side of the counter next to the light or hanging on a hook to the right of the shower.
Next to the bathroom are double sliding doors for the closet. These closet doors are also mirrors. Inside of the closet you will find hangers, an ironing board and a folding luggage stand.
Past the closet the room opens up. If the room has 1 bed there will be side tables on either side. If the room has two beds there will be a long table in the middle of the two beds that holds a phone and lamp with outlets on it.
We have replaced our clock radios with the Cubie Blue Radio. This offers Bluetooth only connection from a phone as well as a clock and 2 USB plug-ins. When the guest turns the device on, they will hear a beep and can connect their phone.
We recommend having the Front Desk call their room for a wakeup call if the guest needs to be woken up in the morning.
Across from the bed is a tall dresser that has a TV on top. To the right of this dresser is a cabinet that contains a mini fridge. To the left of the dresser is a chair and desk that has a phone and lamp on top.
The coffee makers are located on the opposite side of the windows in an alcove next to the bed.
There is a trash can located against the front right leg of the desk. The wall opposite the door is a window with two pull curtains. The curtain closest to the window is see-through and the second curtain is not. Along the window is a chair and table with a lamp behind it. Next to the bed and across from the window is a desk built into the wall. This desk contains the coffee maker which comes with regular, decaf, tea & condiment package, the ice bucket and two cups. This desk also has a mirror mounted on the wall behind it.
The location of the coffee maker will depend on which side of the Hotel the guests are staying on.
Example, guests with the window on the left of the room will find the coffee maker located on the right side the room.
The thermostat is located on the wall next to the built in desk, near the end of the bed. There are two types of thermostats used in hotel guest rooms. Hotel staff will be able to provide you with information about the thermostat and other guest room amenities when they escort you to the room.
Hotel telephone instructions:
There are 3 phones in every guest room. One located on the night stand next to the bed, one in the bathroom and one on the desk. Please dial “0" for the hotel operator, who can assist with any needs.
To check Voicemail in your guest room: Dial “2599” to retrieve your voicemail messages. If you do have a message, the computer voice will guide you through the process of what numbers to press to retrieve your messages.
Dial 7 and then the room number to dial another guest room in the hotel.

Our Fitness and Business centers are both 24/7 with room key access.
For Dry Cleaning: articles of clothing given to the Bell Staff by 9AM will be returned to the guest by 6:30PM on the same day, Monday- Friday. There is no weekend service. The guest may also call “At Your Service” for pickup.
Guest Room Internet:
Basic guest room internet is complimentary and Premium is $12.95 per day.
Your room number and last name of the registered guest will be your pass codes for either of these two purchase options.
