Northern California Regional Meeting:

There will be a regional meeting for Northern California chapters on September 29th at the LightHouse for the Blind in San Francisco.

Registration will be disseminated through chapter lists and phone trees. For more details please contact your chapter president.

Chapter Of The Year Focus Call:

It is that time of the year for CCB Chapter members to be thinking about what types of project chapter goals they may want to consider doing.
The membership committee would like to lend support to help chapters establish group project goals, develop strategies for accomplishing their group effort and help Chapter representatives to determine how their chapter project activities can make a positive impact in their local communities.

Greater Bakersfield Fund Raiser:

The Greater Bakersfield Council of the Blind is hosting its 12th annual Dine in the Dark this October 13, 2018 at the Salvation Army church on 4417 Wilson Road Bakersfield, Ca 93309.

Dinner tickets are $35.00. Doors open at 4:30pm and dinner is served at 5:30pm.
If people cannot attend they can still donate to our chapter for scholarships to GBCB P.O. Box 642 Bakersfield, Ca 93302-0643.
