First Timers Membership Meeting

Description: This interactive meeting is to help orient members who are attending a CCB convention for the first time. It's also a good refresher for those who are returning after a hiatus. Come get your questions answered.

Resolutions Committee

Description: This will be the first meeting to discuss resolutions submitted for action at the 2020 CCB Conference and Convention. Additional Resolution committee meetings will occur as needed.

Description: CCB chapter and affiliate representatives only need to attend this meeting if there are updates or questions regarding the credential information required for their 2020 convention voting and participation.

Description: Meeting to discuss CCB bylaw changes and additions submitted for action at the 2020 CCB Conference and Convention.

Description: We are hosting a social and Trivia event. Starting with 30 minutes of social time and moving into trivia games afterwards. Topics might include California history, sports, international cuisine, CCB and more!

Nominations Committee

Date: Wednesday, June 10, 2020
Time: 7:30 PM, PDT

Description: This meeting will begin promptly at 7:30 PM. Once in session, meeting admission will be closed. Attendance for this meeting is restricted to the chapter/affiliate representative specified for nominations on the credential form. Designated attendees will be contacted by a nominations committee member and given the Zoom meeting sign in information.

Pre-Convention Board Meeting

Description: Bring your dinner and listen in to the annual convention board meeting.

Date: Saturday, June 13, 2020
Time: 8:30-10:00 AM, PDT

Description: Join us with breakfast. Each woman can share about an object that represents something meaningful to her. If you'd prefer to spend your two minutes sharing about something else, feel free.
