Glendale-Burbank Area Chapter Fundraiser:

Easter is coming. If you order soon, your special someone should get these fabulous treats on time. Or buy yourself a treat. These nuts and candies are great. We've ordered several times different ones and found them all very tasty. The chocolate covered nuts are great. Go to:
http://ccb-glendale-burbank.terrilynn.com
you will find plenty of snacks to enjoy. Let others know about our fund raiser too.

California Agencies for the Blind and Visually Impaired

(CABVI) is a newly formed State-wide organization of Directors of service agencies for the blind/visually impaired of California. CABVI is seeking an Executive Director. During this start-up year, it is only a part-time position of about 5 hours per week. If interested, or to obtain a full job description, please contact Margaret Buchmann-Garcia at cove4u@gmail.com

From Jeff Thom, Director of Governmental Affairs:

Disability Rights Advocates (DRA) would like to speak with individuals with vision disabilities in California who have experienced barriers in accessing online patient portals offered through their medical provider and powered by Epic, including MyChart and MyHealth. If you meet these criteria and would like to speak with someone at DRA, please contact Vera Mastrorilli, DRA Paralegal, at (212) 644-8644 or vmastrorilli@dralegal.org

It's finally here!

You’ve patiently waited and here it is! The safe way to exercise while sitting has arrived: the electric miniTREAD® and the manual exclusive Sitmill®. With our partner Onthemuv®, these two compact and easy exercise devices provide new and accessible ways to get fit while you sit. They are now ready to order and benefit the CCB!

If you're ready to sit actively and improve your health with products that fit into your life, then the miniTREAD® and Sitmilll® are for you! A portion of all sales goes towards further sustaining CCB’s service, educational, and advocacy endeavors.

We're happy to help! Call us at 510.629.1276 to order your miniTREAD® or Sitmill®. Email: onthemuv@ccbnet.org

We are looking for a few good People!
