Hello CCB! As we close out 2021, I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to every CCB Chapter and its members who contributed to CCB’s education and outreach on behalf of Energy Upgrade California’s ‘Time of Use’ campaign. Your feedback has been crucial in designing communications that ultimately will guide our state towards reaching its energy efficiency goals soon. My annual report will not only reflect the concerns from the Blind and Low Vision community but also will represent opinions from diverse groups throughout our state.
