DOR Public Forum for CCB Members

Joe Xavier, Director, Department of Rehabilitation and Sue Pelbath, Specialized Services Division, Department of Rehabilitation will join CCB members for a Public Forum to answer questions about the department, provide updates, and connect with CCB members on October 11, 2022 from 6:30-8:00 pm. Remember, this is not a place to gripe about your personal experience with DOR. This is a time for us to ask questions that can educate and empower us. The Country of the Blind Live Radio Drama

based on the short story by H G. Wells
Sponsored by SMUD, DDSO, and the ACB Capital Chapter of the California Council of the Blind
Come and celebrate White Cane Safety Day With us, featuring actors who are blind or have low vision from our Chapter. We will also take this opportunity to bring education and awareness of White Cane Safety. This is a commentary on both blind VS sighted perspectives and the human condition. This drama will make you laugh, cry, and think outside the box.
