From Resolutions Committee co-chairs, Sarah Harris and Jeff Thom
With the 2023 CCB Convention fast approaching, the time has come for submission of resolutions to the CCB Resolutions Committee, for ultimate hearing at the Sunday April 2, general session. It is through the resolutions process that we, the CCB membership determine policy issues that the organization will support or oppose on behalf of Californians who are blind or have low vision. In order to be eligible for consideration at the convention, resolution drafts must be sent to Jeff Thom by February 26, via e-mail at jsthom@comcast.net. If you have concerns with respect to drafting a resolution or you do not have e-mail, call Jeff at 916-995-3967, as we encourage everyone to become involved
in the process and will provide any assistance necessary. Resolutions committee hearings are scheduled to begin on March 15 and end on March 19
