The California Council of the Blind (CCB) is very appreciative of those who attended in person or online via ACBRADIO the 2018 Annual Conference and Convention.
This survey is intended to obtain attendees' input as to their satisfaction with the Sacramento Marriott, Rancho Cordova Hotel concerning both guest and meeting rooms and the Conference and Convention program. We appreciate your recommendations for future conferences and conventions. In answering the survey questions, be as specific as you can.

**Hotel rooms are subject to state and local taxes which can change on an annual basis. Currently the tax rate is 12%. There is also a $1.50 assessment and a $.40 California tax which will be assessed at check out.

II. Exhibit Hall: All exhibitors for the 2018 CCB Conference and Convention shall, by completing the application form and forwarding same with payment as stipulated below, agree to each of the following points.
• All fully completed applications for exhibit space at the Conference shall be submitted to California Council of the Blind using one of the following methods:
- Completing the form online.
- Downloading the form and email it to CCOTB@ccbnet.org or fax it to 916-441-2188.
- Sending the form to CCB, 2143 Hurley Way, Suite 250, Sacramento, CA 95825.
• All exhibits shall relate to the activities of CCB and its members and shall not detract from the general character of the Conference & Convention. Accordingly, CCB reserves the right to reject any exhibit application, which it feels at its sole discretion, is not appropriate for the Conference. CCB’s decision will be final.
• An exhibiting organization cannot also purchase a table(s) for another organization on the same exhibitor registration form. A separate registration form and fee must be paid for each separate organization exhibiting.
• Exhibit Space Fees: All fees shall be paid in U.S. funds in full at the time of registration.
• Assignment of Space: Exhibitors may request particular table; however, tables shall be assigned by CCB in the event that the table requested by an exhibitor has previously been assigned to an applicant whose application and mandatory deposit check were received at an earlier time. The number of tables, which an exhibitor may obtain, shall be limited to three.
• The deadline for the receipt of an exhibitor’s application and payment shall be on or before February 15, 2018.
• Security personnel shall be provided on the evening of March 23, 2018. However, neither the CCB nor the Sacramento Marriott Rancho Cordova shall be responsible in any way for the loss, theft or damage of any property of the exhibitor and thus recommends that exhibitors remove any valuables from the Exhibit Hall when not in use.
• Prohibited Posting: No decoration, poster, sign or similar items shall be posted on, taped, tacked on, nailed, screwed or otherwise attached to any column, wall, or floor of the Exhibit Hall. When in doubt contact the hotel regarding their policies.
• Distribution of Materials/Sales: Printed advertising or other materials of the exhibitor may be distributed only from within the exhibitor’s own table.
• Alcoholic Beverages: The sale, distribution and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages in the Exhibit Hall is strictly prohibited. Hotel policies shall be strictly enforced!
• Shipping and Handling policy: Contact the Sacramento Marriott directly at 916-638-100 for detailed information regarding pricing and hotel policy.

• 8:00 am - 9:00 am Exhibitor set-up
• 9:00 am – 2:30 pm Exhibit room open to the Public
• 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm Exhibitor breakdown & clean up
IV. Hold Harmless:
• Exhibitor assumes full and complete responsibility and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sacramento Marriott Rancho Cordova, and the Hotel's Owner, and their respective owners, managers, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees and agents (collectively, "Hotel Parties"), and Group from and against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the exhibition premises.
• Exhibitor agrees to obtain and maintain during the use of the exhibition premises, Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, including contractual liability covering the Exhibitor's indemnity in this Responsibility Clause. Such insurance shall be in the amount of not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit for personal injury and property damage. The Sacramento Marriott Rancho Cordova, the Hotel's Owner, and each of such entities' owners, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "Hotel Parties") and Group shall be named as additional insureds on such policy, and Exhibitor shall supply the Hotel with Certificates of Insurance at least 30 days prior to the use of the exhibition premises.
• The Exhibitor understands that neither the California Council of the Blind nor the Hotel Parties maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor's property and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance.
• Complete Add Copy and payment must be received by the CCB office no later than 5 PM on February 15, 2018 to be included in the convention program. Incomplete or inaccurate add copy may not be included in the program at the sole discretion of the CCB. Tentative “reserved” space will be set free for general reservations on February 16, 2018 if payment in full has not been received.
• By purchasing exhibitor space, exhibitor is agreeing to “hold harmless” the CCB, it officers, staff and volunteers from any and all criminal and civil liability related to all events and functions occurring at the 2018 Convention, including pre and post events and functions and anything which may occur in transit to or from the event.
• The CCB is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
• Hotel policies remain in full effect throughout the length of the Convention and will be strictly enforced.
