2024 California Council of the Blind Virtual Conference and Convention

California Council of the Blind
2024 Virtual Conference and Convention

Come Back To The Future with CCB!
Celebrating 90 years of achievement In the blind and low vision community.

Please join the California Council of the Blind as we celebrate our 90th year!

CCB was founded on October 6, 1934 in Fresno, California under the leadership of Newell Perry. His vision was to bring together people who were blind or have low vision, social workers, educators, and other supporters of the movement to build a network of advocates. These change makers paved the road that we currently walk along…It’s up to us to continue to see the vision of Newell Perry and the other founders of CCB through.

We can do this, in part, by continuing to come together each year whether we are in person or virtual to conduct business, empower independence and advocacy, and celebrate our wins and each other.

As usual, the Convention Planning Committee has worked hard to put together a month's worth of activities for you to choose from during our pre-convention as well as a Main Event like no other.

Join in on the fun, the peer support, and the inspiration.

Registration for the main conference and convention events has closed.
